Burgers again, but this time a little less gourmet. Five Guys Burgers and Fries is known up and down the East Coast for their cheap eats and–what else–burgers and fries.  We picked some up one night we didn’t feel like cooking:

Little Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries

We both had “littles” (one patty) with bacon and cheese.  Mine had mayo, pickles, and mushrooms (which they left off!) and Mario’s had ketchup only.  We shared a large fry–bonus: they always put extra in the bag anyway.  The fries are great because they are really fresh-tasting, like they cut up a potato and fried it just for you when you placed your order.  Now, the burgers:

I’m not exactly sure if a burger can taste “fresh”, but this one sure does. Five Guys serves a no-frills burger that tastes just like homemade.
