		<description>Re: Not knowing how the souffle should have tasted - This is so funny, because I had a really similar experience several months ago.  Also having not ever seen or tasted a souffle, I randomly decided to make cheese souffles for dinner.  I really don&#039;t know what I was thinking.  I don&#039;t like eggs and don&#039;t eat dishes that have &#039;visible&#039; eggs in them.  So you can imagine my surprise when I pulled our very-quiche-like souffles out of the oven.  My poor husband ended up eating souffles for two.  :)</description>
