I cooked something similar to this last night...chopped up a whole onion & a whole green bell pepper, placed them in the pan with a little chicken broth & I placed 4 boneless pork chops on top, seasoned just right with some Tony Chachere's, & just let it sit for about 20-25 minutes...it was THE BOMB if I may say so myself, LoL...YUM-OH! I WILL be trying this above dish though.... Girl, this looks like HEAVEN!
