Jessica is a recent Georgia Tech graduate. As an engineer, she loves science, but has always had a thing for food too–and as a native South Louisianian, it’s pretty much in her blood. Her first elementary school science fair project was a comparison of the leavening achieved when substituting different sodas in the recipe for a 7-Up cake. Jessica enjoys reading, spending hours browsing Wikipedia, the occasional trash tv show, and trying out new recipes/restaurants on her husband Mario. She has also written for AOL City’s Best and the Florida Times-Union.
